Sales
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the successful candidate will have
responsibility for top-line sales growth for retrofit and new
construction projects
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Develop, support and execute direct sales opportunities generated by the
company's marketing activities as well as develop new missionary sales
opportunities in both the new construction and retrofit markets. Direct
sales experience selling to commercial and industrial property owners
and managers a definite asset.
Motivate, train and provide technical sales support for a growing
network of Building Automation System Integrators, value added
resellers, contractors and national accounts headquartered in the
territory.
Conduct basic energy analysis and auditing functions as support for
sales proposals based on energy savings and ROI
Participate as an active member of the sales team and foster an
environment of cooperation and collaboration with the company's
engineering support teams
KEY PERFORMANCE DELIVERABLES:
Top line sales growth
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Sales or Sales Management experience
Experience in selling to the commercial construction sector and an
understanding of the construction process as it relates to engineering
specifications and bid and tender processes
