Job Description
The Director of Information Technology's is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all enterprise IT systems and infrastructure in support of business operations, as well as providing desktop support to the staff and sales team.

The Director of IT will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
" Formulate and deploy strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective information processing and communication technologies in support of business operations.
" Establish and implement operational procedures, including back-up and security policies.
" Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.

Acquisition & Deployment
" Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
" Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.

Operational Management
" Ensure continuous delivery of IT services; where necessary, re-engineer applications support to ensure it aligns with business processes, tactical planning, and strategic vision.
" Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software based on department needs.
" Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
" Develop and maintain an appropriate IT infrastructure that supports the needs of the business.
" Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
" Establish lines of control for current and proposed information systems.
" Ensure IT system operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
" Research potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts.

Position Requirements
" University degree in the field of computer science or information systems and five (5) years related work experience. Additional work experience and technical certifications may replace degree.
" MCAS, MCSE, and MOSS certification preferred.
" Three (3) years experience managing and/or directing an IT operation.
" Active Directory Deployment and management.
" Exchange 2003\2007 Experience (Deployment\maintenance\Migration)
" MS SharePoint Deployment and integration experience.
" Cisco CCNA (inter-office communication)
" VOIP (Avaya system)
" Remote User Support Required
" BES management and deployment
" Substantial experience with deploying and managing environments that leverage Microsoft's full suite of back office and user applications.
" Experience configuring and maintaining a CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
" Experience configuring, deploying and maintaining ERP's and other back-office applications.
" Demonstrated experience with Visual Basic, VB Script, JavaScript, SQL, ASP, and HTML to promote business solutions.
" Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
" Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
" Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.
" In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.
" Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
" On-call availability and periodic overtime.

Title:                                                 SALES

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the successful candidate will have responsibility for top-line sales growth for retrofit and new construction projects.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Develop, support and execute direct sales opportunities generated by the company's marketing activities as well as develop new missionary sales opportunities in both the new construction and retrofit markets. Direct sales experience selling to commercial and industrial property owners and managers a definite asset.

Motivate, train and provide technical sales support for a growing network of Building Automation System Integrators, value added resellers, contractors and national accounts headquartered in the territory.

Conduct basic energy analysis and auditing functions as support for sales proposals based on energy savings and ROI.

Participate as an active member of the sales team and foster an environment of cooperation and collaboration with the company's engineering support teams.

KEY PERFORMANCE DELIVERABLES
Top line sales growth

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Sales or Sales Management experience
Experience in selling to the commercial construction sector and an understanding of the construction process as it relates to engineering specifications and bid and tender processes
Engineering degree is required.
MBA would be a plus.

- Coordinate post installation support activities including training and customer meetings
